We use the information we collect to operate, maintain, and provide you with the features of the Service. We also use this information to process transactions, send related information (including confirmations and invoices), and prevent fraud.

3. Data Residency

NexDesk uses a tenant-first data separation strategy. While your data may be hosted on shared PostgreSQL instances, tenant-specific routing ensures isolation. We do not sell your workspace data to third-parties.
