Hourly pricing dynamically calculates the booking cost based on start and end times, which is ideal for hot desks, meeting rooms, and shared workspaces. Fixed pricing applies a flat fee for the booking regardless of the duration, which is perfect for private offices, long-term dedicated desks, or specialized equipment bookings where operators prefer not to charge per hour.

To support coworking spaces globally, NexDesk implements Purchasing Power Parity (PPP). When users visit the pricing page, our system determines their country using IP-based geolocation. If they are in a supported region like Nigeria, the plans are displayed and billed in the local currency (NGN) with a localized, affordable price instead of standard USD. This helps local operators launch and scale without high dollar-denominated software costs.

NexDesk supports integrated payment processing. Workspace owners can configure their own Paystack API keys inside their workspace settings. Once configured, members will see a 'Pay Now' button on their invoices, allowing them to pay securely online via debit card, bank transfer, or USSD. The invoice status is then automatically updated to 'Paid' via Paystack webhooks.

Yes! You can invite members to your workspace by navigating to the Members tab and entering their email addresses. You can also specify roles (e.g. Admin or Member) to control access permissions. If you operate multiple physical coworking locations, you can configure them as separate locations within the same workspace schema.

Security is our top priority. All connections to NexDesk are encrypted using SSL (HTTPS). In addition to schema-level database segregation, we enforce strict security headers and sanitization protocols on all superadmin broadcasts and forms to protect against CSRF and XSS attacks.
